To ensure consistent and appropriate use, the following guidelines apply to all uses of CHSEF trademarks and brand assets.

Permitted Uses

The CHSEF logo may be used:

• By CHSEF staff, board members, and authorized volunteers for official CHSEF communications and activities.

• By media organizations for editorial or news coverage related to CHSEF.

• By sponsors, partners, and community organizations only with prior written permission from CHSEF.

• In connection with approved fundraising events, educational programs, or community initiatives that support CHSEF's mission.

 

Prohibited Uses

 

The CHSEF logo, name, and branding may not be:

Logo Appearance Standards

 

To maintain a consistent and professional brand identity:

• Use only official CHSEF logo files.

• Maintain sufficient clear space around the logo.

• Do not change the logo colors or typography.

• Do not place the logo on backgrounds that reduce visibility or readability.

• Do not add effects such as shadows, outlines, or gradients unless provided in an approved logo version.

 

Requests for Logo Use

 

Organizations or individuals wishing to use the CHSEF logo should submit a request describing:

• The intended use

• Distribution method

• Event or project name

• Proposed artwork or mockup (if applicable)

 

CHSEF reserves the right to approve, deny, or revoke permission for logo use at its sole discretion.
